A word of warning for holders of Netcom. I had MECC when it was bought out by SKEY (TLC. Mecc jumped from 23 to 35 but over the next several months SKEY fell to 15 thus dragging down MECC to 16.00 (6 pts below premerger price) It then rebounded to 30 within a month but I learned alot.

Just because someone is in a merger agreement doesn't mean the stock can't go down. Even below premerger price...learned the hard way. I'm not saying this will happen to Netcom just telling about my experience.
