That's right. We'll see a global crisis, with the epicenter
in the USA. US current account deficit will need to improve,
and manufacturing must shift back from the cheap labor
countries. Without a real job that pays US consumers will
remain dead. It's not true that cheap labor is everything -
developed countries are that way because of productivity,
and it can still improve. Japan is one example, Germany is
another.
