An outtake from the previous post needs attention "All these regulations have stymied the growth of one of the cornerstones of the American economy. In fact, there was NOT ONE single venture backed IPO that went public on Nasdaq this quarter. This is unprecedented. Not in the history of Nasdaq has there been a quarter of a year passed with no IPOs."

The market not only set a record for not bringing any companies public, it also traded a decade low number of companies for a single day, this past week at 3205.

This thread is the only thread on SI who has made the correct assessment; Naked Short Selling is the reason. Our exchanges broke and continues to break, the laws governing stock issuance. In deriving the product of the market SHARES; to instruments not subject to Supply and demand, our prevailing systems (combination of regulators, hedge funds & broker dealers) are subjugating all trade to constructs violative of primary laws governing stock issuance, and subsequently all valuation is suspended. We have no market prices, we have only prices contrived by the back and forth insertion of counterfeit inventory.

Hayeks Times Shapes Capital.....

Time being the identity of the prevailing systems intent as its overlaid onto the stock market, as criminal activity.
