When you find your perfect saint to run the country, let us know. In the mean time, consider the bigger picture. There's no perfect answer to the problems that have come about due to people falling for the sneaky tactics played by the pols of the past.

Do you really believe campaign ideas and proposals are set in stone? Never has in the past, from any candidate. I'm looking beyond the speeches and basing my vote on character and background. Obama's no angel. Nobody is. But he's the right person at the right time. McNut is the absolute wrong person who will cut off his nose to spite his face.

Nobody possibly knows what kind of mess they're inheriting as a result of the people falling for the BS in the last election.
So make your point and don't vote or vote for Ron Paul or some other candidate. Every vote not placed for Obama guarantees to set us back further into this abyss of destruction.

Obama doesn't come from a privileged background as do 95% of the other politicians. He hasn't resorted to attacks as his primary campaign strategy as McNut and Bush did. He's the first guy in years that has shown genuine interest in helping rather than just seeking power.

It's not about grandiose speeches and celebrities, as the R strategists and swiftboaters have again so deftly planted in fence-sitters' heads. It's about someone who's actually experienced and represents a more diverse and more typical American backgrounds life and not just one of society balls, politics, privilege and elitism. Oh wait, we did "hear" he was an elitist. So I guess he his. He sounds like one. Educated and all that stuff
