And then I have to listen to inoys prattle on about let's not pay "the people with poor skillsets" too much money. I know. They like to claim it isn't a 'zero sum game' but as soon as it comes to paying people a fair wage they freak out, literally. They must think it is a 'zero sum game' and the money will come out of their own pocket... otherwise they would support 'the poor' getting paid more and paying more taxes.
