You don't think Obama looks silly changing his positions and personal friends faster than Gallop issues a new poll? Obama stayed with Wright because it worked for his state election, Obama dumped Wright because it became evident Wright was sinking his poll numbers nationally. I don't consider that "negotiating", it's been already defined in history as "political expediency".
