I got two checks on Friday, Aug 1. They are dated 07/30/2008 and say must be cashed in 180 days.

One problem for me, one check has the regular account number where the stock was on it. The other has just my name.

I had Global Crossing stock in an IRA account at the same broker and had been thinking of putting any money I got back into the IRA.

There is not much money involved, so I am not going to spend a lot of time on find out if I can do it.
