Last spring, when it first became obvious that we were in "Armageddon" (as Cramer called it) in late Winter/Spring 2007, why didn't all of these financial companies... Heck, why didn't a single financial company do a massive PIPE (private interest in public equity) and raise more than enough cash to fix any possible problems? Instead, they all are waiting for their shares to hit $1 per share before selling shares.

The incompetence and dishonesty of the financials makes it morally necessary for these companies to die, the consequences to our economy be damned.
