Yorkton Trading stats (Wk ending Oct 17/97) *4 days*

This was a "different week" for NDT, for awhile it appeared that there might be some REAL interest, there might well be something in South Voisey however, I think this week was more manipulation by the major "scuzzy traders", Yorkton, Cannacord and Georgia Pacific.

It appears to me that Yorkton in particular (who were over 5 million shares short from the past 12 months trading), thought they might get caught with their pants down and went on a manipulating buying/selling spree.

Anyway this week is now over, the stats were interesting compared to recent weeks/months of trading. Among a few records broken this week;

1. Largest volume day (Thurs) 4.02 mil compared to the first week of trading in 1995 (3.68 mil)
2. The 12th trading day in NDT history in excess of 1 million shares
3. This week was only 4 trading days however it now ranks as the 2nd largest trading volume week since the first week of trading in 1995.
