We can also easily make a lot of very high quality, clean liquid fuel from natural gas. Chevron has used natural gas for decades to lighten up heavy oil (too many carbons) in the refining process (the natural gas adds hydrogens), not to mention it generates most of the electricity actually generated in California. .
