acting out of greed is NOT a rational process. moving your business to some other place because you FEAR what your competitors are doing is NOT a rational process. Making unhealthy decisions (knowingly) for your business, because your shareholders will fire you if you don't is NOT a rational process. good business, rational process is about using capital to produce something tangible and grow-able, not to buy your shares back, load your balance sheet with unproductive debt, make short range decisions that defeat the long term health of the enterprise while satisfying, and gratifying the immediate demands of stakeholders........is NOT rational process. it may be deliberate, but killing your business in the future for the sake of today, is in fact irrational and insane........ and everyone who is now on the bad end of the result is now saying so. having not said so during the ponzi scheme that paid them in the first years is their ticket for not having left the game early enough with winnings in hand. Id Est: GREED.

what you are talking about is some imaginary world.

what i'm talking about, is the fact of what has happened and continues to happen. theory and praxis dude. praxis rules now, theory is as good as the toliet paper on which it is written.
