Thank you so much for posting this review of Supreme Court rulings.

When this merger first was announced, I as a stockholder had no idea where it would lead.

Then a name comes along 'Georgetown Partners'as opposing the merger.

I knew nothing about Georgetown Partners------thanks to the internet their identity came to the fore.
