Hi Eric

Another of your dazzling posts, which I cannot find now, related to our health care system in Canada and you mentioned among other things, the morning BP is the important one. Why is this? Found that unnerving as mine is high in the a.m. but quite low later in the day (thanks to the gym I guess). Thanks in advance.
