I thought is was a great review. I read it over several times. I also hadn't been aware of the concept of postprandial triglycerides.

I wonder if saturated fats might be bad mainly in combination with high glycemic carbs or if their bad effects could be negated by fish oil, vitamin D, etc.

I hope so because I love meat and I always eat the fat on the steak. I can live without sugar or most high glycemic carbs however.

But if I could cut out wheat I could probably cut out steak fat which I only eat about 1-2 times a week anyway.
