Not really. DEC suit was on 5-13 and FTC was on 9-24. You also mentioned those two events in conjunction to Intel's stock buyback at $100+. In fact, Intel bought back VERY few stock this past quarter, and they timed it EXTREMELY BADLY.

Intel's stock price is determined by its revenues, earnings, and future expectations thereof. The suggestion by some on this thread that Intel is deferring these numbers to next quarter whilst lowballing projections is conspiratorial wishful thinking and insulting to Intel management.
