This is the only thread I read for general prevention and health. Nice to know. I post from the premise that Western Medicine is not only good, it's the gold standard. And that Pharmacutical companies are good, not evil. Like anything else, mistakes are made along the way. I reminded a Nurse at Kaiser the other day that 150 years after Ignaz Semmelweis, Staff infections in hospitals are mainly caused by the fact that we still have trouble getting medical people to wash their hands. snipurl.com
