Hi Caroline, thought I was all alone.

I own this stock at 6.00. I have been dismayed to see it drop and don't know why. I received their stock holders package to approve the merger and have not had time to read all 100+ pages. I did not like all the stock going into escrow. Seems to me this stock has dropped because of the dilution with the merger. I must research this further but would appreciate any input.
