Juniors doing a lot better than seniors here clearly showing hedge fund liquidation. The hotter the stock the more they are getting liquidated. Looking at individual stocks and the index looks like this should be over soon. Some stocks look almost done and some may have another 10% to go. $HUI looks like it may want 330-340. Just like in 1987 this fall in PMs may be signaling a crash for the whole market. What can not continue is what we had today which was the idea that this is the late 1990s again. This is deflation and it is not good for anything.
Either it goes away and PMs fly or everything is in for a lot of hurt.
