Dwight: <it doesn't add anything to mock the people who chose to stay long, because they are already suffering financially, and that pain is enough. Maybe they will decide to be a little more cautious with their next stock purchase,.. You do not seem to fully understand the situation. Those people are suffering who are newcomers but were misguided by a continuous hype spreaded in SI by few very long Intel investors. These "long investors" are mostly former and current Intel employees who got their stock 10-15 years ago almost for nothing. The current decline in stock does hurt them on paper only(yet), so they continue to preach for newcomers to join the "chirch of Intel". They conduct this shameless propaganda on several other SI threads soliciting fresh money for Intel. Therefore, for their own cake, people must be reminded who lead them where they are now, and say to these "popes of Intel" their "thank you".
