would somebody please alert morgan/breton/rmcw/rmil/taiwan/pseudopsychicbikers/etc on the legal definition of FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY aka corporate officers placing the interest of the owners (innocent shareholders) above the (shall we call it embezzelment/theft/unwitting ignorance of prevailing law/gee whiz you mean what we're doing is not ethical/hello) interest of the 66% owners of the entity that until recently was owned 100% by the (innocent) shareholders??
