Yes there is no reason why the August '07 low could not be tested.
I don't want to get too bearish here and nothing would surprise me including higher prices right away but people have to understand a couple of things:

1) We could very well see lower prices in the coming weeks
2) This does not have any effect on the long term bull in gold in fact it makes it stronger.
