Here's one reason to believe why Pep Boys will have to behave if they want to please Huizenga (this is the correct spelling, btw) : (The following excerpt is from US News & World Report, dated October 20) "Huizenga ... was tough and driven; in the early 1960's, he tangled with a customer over an unpaid bill and was convicted of assault and fined $100 for grabbing the man's crotch and twisting his testicles.
