Faber is actually thinking along the same lines. I actually tend to agree with the article in general. If the CRB declines or goes sideways for a few years it's going to feel like the boom is over. LT I don't believe it's over I just don't think the BRIC countries are ready to withstand the USA/Europe/Canada all going into recession at the same time.

I don't think this HUI bounce (assuming it continues) gets much past 385. Unless oil manages to rally 5-10+ in the next few weeks (possible admittedly) I see gold in the low 800s soon.

Oil and gold still too linked. Oil was up about $1 earlier and now oil is flat and gold is near the lows of the session.

Sentiment wise reading the gold boards most gold bulls still very much in denial that the game has potentially changed.
