The question of the day: Is "C" down complete?
Period. - That is The question -

"It doesn't look complete" is not a good enough answer.
The answer will be revealed by a break-up/break-down of the bear flag. A break-up will be a "hound" with very bull-ish connotations. Conversely, any coming down would be limited, with tech making the greater low.

Have I got that right?
