I am probably biased since I am long ORCL but I don't see a signifcant decline.

Oracle's current pricing assumes a healthy growth rate (say 40%). I think the point is that exponential growth at this sort of rate cannot be sustained for very long. Oracle's current market cap is 34 billion dollars. If it grew at 40% for 10 years, it would be worth over a trillion dollars. That is more than 4 times the current size of the biggest company in the US (General Electric).

Possible? Yes.
Likely? No.

The growth rate has to slow further (it used to be 100%) sooner or later. Sooner is more likely.
