Jim, I don't know where the misconceptions are coming from, but it's not like rank-n-file employees are having their pension funds raided to pay off execs. Intel instead is just moving money around to take advantage of tax breaks. Probably goes against the spirit of the tax breaks, but hey, I'm sure Lord Obama, Captain Pelosi, and Harry Boy can close that "loophole" ... Tenchusatsu
