You're right. They should just wait until he is out of office, and bring charges. Although the author has indicated that Cheney shielded Bush to some degree, so maybe just Cheney should go. Although with a full investigation, who knows what will turn up... Funny how Bush ran on a 'clean up the presidency', then ran the office of the President right into the ground. Not funny, really, just sad. Either candidate will have a lot of work ahead of him to restore the dignity and prestige of the office of President of the United States.
