Who was president during 9/11? Who ignored the 'bin Laden wants to strike in US' report? Who hired a NSA whose expertise was state sponsored terrorism, when stateless terrorism is the problem we face? Who ignored the CIA and forged evidence of a link between 9/11 and Al Qaida? Bush. History will rank him right down there with Grant.
