Was reading a post from M on the Yahoo Message Board. According, to M ; "Hal didnt screw anyone......cuz he didnt want to leave! It seems The Board has been dealing with this decision a long time and started months ago searching for the right guy. . . I think we need to give them all some credit for dealing effectively with an old problem and getting someone in place the really wants to make this company grow and has the tools to do alot with the other Board members as a great team. Hal didnt seem to be much of a team player."

I am having doubts concerning the BOD's judgment is hiring Hal Bennett in the first place. You would think they would have properly vetted HAL. Didn't they fire Ron Genova for similar reasons? M makes the statement that Hal "didnt want to leave."
However, M also insinuates that Hal did not "really want[s] to make this company grow", and, that Hal did not have the "tools" to be part of a great team. What is going on here?

Here is more from M:

"He was ok to have in place as a figurehead when all they were doing was working in the lab and not really running any business. Hal's only been a consultant to various companies. Very bright guy he is and he was an ok PR guy at times but never ran a business.....or never ran one the size that this could be. Thats why your seeing some other guys like Zelibor and Fasick come in. Looking at their Bio's and digging into their backgrounds....it only makes sense that Hal's gotta go. Having a board now with all the experience those guys have...sorta leaves the CEO in the dust. I think the guys on the board now wouldnt tolerate some of the missteps that have taken place in the past 2 years. Too many delays, sh*#@tty press releases, no real updates to the markets, some BS, and alot of expectations that were put out there that wernt backed up with facts. i think Hal hasnt done the job and someones gotta take the fall for all thats happened.(or not happened)."

What's up with this??
