I couldn't read the entire article......its for subscribers only. In any case, I wasn't asking what the official word is. For me, those suggest a guideline. What's happening in the field is what I consider to be more important.

So then, are you seeing any change in your business? More buyers, less buyers? More sellers, less sellers? I am curious.

Here in Seattle, for the first time, we are seeing come on offers.....like guaranteeing your condo will be worth 5% more going forward two years. What's happening in St Pete?
