Spots,

My wife is English and when we are showing her British friends around NY we like to treat them to the Sunday Brunch at the revolving restaurant at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square. All seats are window seats and being revolving you see all the views Manhatten has to offer (from the sky). One rotation takes about 40 minutes. The cost is about $40/person and I suggest making reservations. The food is excellent and plentiful, go hungry.

A Sunday Broadway matinee is a great combination. You can get half price tickets to many great shows at the TKTS booth just below in the square. Line up early to get tickets, it's no secret, and you know how NY'ers like to stand on lines.

Leave yourself ample time to enjoy your meal and not rush to the show. Shows start around 3:00.

Have a great time with whatever you choose to do.

Rob
