Just spoke with Jonathan Plasse, our class action attorney .
He said " At this point , it is unclear what recovery if any, will be
made available to shareholders as a result of the shareholder
litigation. The $12,000,000 was an amount frozen by the SEC;
it is unclear whether or when that money will be distributed to
shareholders.
Opinion: Expect practically nothing . This is why this type of fraud
permeates these markets. The penalty IS NOT A DETERRENT.
