Sankar, regarding the conversion of Converible Preferred Stock B into common shares, I believe that CTYS filed for issuance of 8mio. shares recently (checked it in Yahoo News). Do You know how many of the convertible Preferred B could be converted now ?? We had a similiar situation in EXSO long ago, this also seems to be a "floorless" convertible at work. Maybe we should ask Zev Heed about his comnments... best wishes CROSSY
