"electricity so expensive".. care/mind to be specific ?

My rate went from 11.5 cents/kwh to 16.5 cents/kwh,
thanks to the de-regulation 'freely get out of contract' by
the 'retailer' and I have no re-course. ( north texas )

Were I the one to get out of the contract, there is $150
penalty.

They even charge me 'service fee' to switch me to the
'emergency provider' and was paying 18.7cents/kwh (TXU).

The company is not 'BK' ( it should ), it just want to
selectively get out of contract.

I want that company to be re-inter-course.
