As promised I will mention those merger/takeover type rumors. Feel free to respond again. Here or E-mail. As far as CHPS goes it is possible and may benefit both companies. But the recent upswing suggests otherwise. S3 would be the aquirer because our market cap is much larger than CHPS. Over 700 Mil. now! But combined both cos will benefit through better name recognition and more diverse base of customers. BUT, what you guys have not mentioned is the possibility that a buyer may be looking at S3. Do you remember Brooktree being purchased by Rockwell. (who is cash rich at the moment)(G)! Maybe a aquisition by them is not out of the question??? Or a dying company like CRUS might try, if they have enough cash/stock to trade with. Hmmmm..? Any thoughts on either of my notes.
