To you 5.33 minutes per patient is "good health care"??

It really depends upon what those 5 minutes are spent on. If a doc listens closely for 5 minutes, does what he needs to, then orders the right tests, yes, that can be excellent health care.

This is better than you get with, for example, Canadian socialized medicine, where you cannot see the doctor at all in some instances until he shows up for the autopsy.

A person can walk in a busy clinic and be seen and receive treatment the same day. That is more important to me than having a doc spend 15 or 30 minutes with me, yes. He can order an MRI in 30 seconds and it will be done either now or within a few days if there is a an immediate need. You can't do that in Canada.
