I work with a guy who just moved back here about a month ago from Calgary. He did so because of a back problem - he was gonna have to wait about 6 mos just to get an MRI there. He's had the MRI and surgery all ready and is recuperating at home now. It isn't true that people have to wait a long time for elective surgery in the US.
