Michael, just a couple of comments on the Russian connection:

1. I don't think COBOL is widely used in Russia and that is the only language supported by Zitel/MD.
2. Software development money usually flows TO (not from) Russia as they have a lot of very good programmers willing to work for a few hundred bucks per month. And they don't have hard currency to pay USA companies for services.

My software company does a lot of business with former eastern bloc countries. Usually we are paying them for services. When we do sell services to them you can bet that it is paid for by western aid. Don't count on Zitel getting revenue from Russia.
