Two Iraqi officials say the U.S. and Iraq are close to a deal under which all American combat troops would leave by October 2010 with remaining U.S. forces gone about three years later.

Thank God. We maybe are closing one of the worst chapters in US History. Of course we will be paying for it for the rest of our lives.

I'll tell you....if we have another idiot president try to pull a stunt like that again, I won't be so passive in my objection as I was in 2003.
