From AOL Motley thread... FastComm did, however, exhibit with GTE I've pulled the recent 14a filing through Edgar in search of clues. It's enlightening. No employee of FSCX is over paid -- salaries max out at about 100k. Branson's holdings do not appear to have changed in one year, and he is holding 751,000, a motivating number. R & D expenses are slighly higher than last year at just under $2m. In the notes I found an explaination for some of the slow sales: resellers have not been competitively pricing tFastComm's products. (As a former manufacturer, I understand what that's like. FastComm's startegy all along has been to be a low-cost producer, but if th eresellers don't cooperate, no strategy!
