Could be, maybe not. And there is the lower fuel cost, the elimination of 50% of the trade deficit, less money flowing to ME countries that seem to grow terrorists, less pollution and presumably less health care costs, less involvement in "foreign entanglements" for resources, less money going "up in smoke" to use in other areas of the economy, export opportunities... lots of benefits direct and indirect.
