Since the energy-international approach is sucking wind lately, I'll take my current dry powder and take positions in AGNC (discussed here recently) and DRH, a hotel REIT whose CEO I met recently. They probably have some tough times ahead but they are well-managed, conservative approach, great balance sheet and a nice divvie they plan to maintain.
