KISS is best. Keep It Simple Stupid. There is an more old fashioned expression of KISS. "Keep It Sweet and Simple" Although I agree that one should never fall in love with a stock, it does come down to a matter of faith these days. What have you got faith in?? Do you have faith in the USD?, then buy that. Gold? then buy that, ditto silver etc including stocks. I don't have much faith in anything except in the knowledge that people have to earn a living somehow.
