And you'll notice that his ip address is 207.137.28.56 I don't even have to resolve that to know it's from ixpres.com because the first three numbers resemble this guy's other number of 207.137.28.44... The reason that you can't completely prove these two guys are the same is because ixpres.com rotates the ip numbers they assign to any given computer that dials in. So, for example, one day, this guy could have 207.137.28.x for an ip address where x is a variable, and next time he dials in, he could have 207.137.285.y where y is a variable different from x. But both of these guys are from ixpres.com. PTM, INC... YOU'VE BEEN A BAD BOY!!! Matty Dee
