well a couple of drags won't hurt or just one cigarette,

I read a rundown on nuts when I first got into this. The difference between them is minor. Don't let the pursuit of the perfect ruin the achievement of the good.

I was using creamer until yesterday but dumped it because of the sugar content. Down to skim milk and splenda in my coffee.
