It is my understanding that there is to be a shareholders meeting with a "vote". This meeting is to be in Miami on the 13th? Am I correct? The reason I ask this with a question mark is today is Saturday the 9th. There is no mail delivery today or tomorrow to my home address. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING VIA MAIL, OR ANY OTHER MEANS, NOTIFYING ME OF A SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OR A PROXY VOTE. My shares are registered under my name and my wifes name. Can somebody please explain to me why I have not received anything regarding this matter. Can somebody please explain to me how I am to vote without a notification that I am supposed to vote, where the shareholders meeting is, what I am supposed to be voting on, how I am to get my vote returned by the 13th, etc. etc. with Monday being the 11th (if I even get my proxy Monday). Is this legal? I'm sure somebody would like to know about this. Also, has anybody else not received their proxy? This is not my opinion...THIS IS FACT Shane
