saturated fat

I am not worried about what type of fat I have in my diet at the moment. We just saw the results of the Israel diet comparisons where the Sat Fat diet resulted in lower cholesterol than the low Fat. Same with how high or low the cholesterol is in what I am eating. If the body doesn't absorb it, it doesn't make any difference.

Good example of this is the gas turbine question in the 30's. Our engineers were convinced that it couldn't be built because the metals involved could not withstand the heat.

The German Engineers thought they could keep the metals cool by attenuating them, the heat would pass though without being absorbed, and the Jet engine would work. Turns out they were right.

Even if I am dead wrong about the above, the difference in eating 15 almonds vs 15 cashews a day won't make a damn bit of difference. :>)
