Just thought I'd add my 2 cents ... it was either JP Morgan or Morgan Stanley that downgraded Amgen from "Strong Buy" to "Buy" today. The stock fell 2 points. Apparently the "offending" wirehouse is underwriting a biotech deal whose primary drug will compete head to head with Epogen. What wasn't mentioned is that this drug, if it does come online, would do so in the year 2003! Time to Buy, or at least dip into those Sept. 60's at $1 3/4.
