All good points. I would think, that for many companies, clouding up their annual reports under Legal: Patent infringement case brought by E-Data ..... has got to be a negative. Getting second opinions is a great idea. Its not used often enough. Law suits are often fought because of hubris, machismo, etc. Knowing Mr F, he is not inciting any of them (his perceived "gall" in procecuting his claim is). Anyway, in the David vs Goliath "arena", the Davids have gotten some hard licks in against the tobacco cartel. Go Davids, go GIFT !
