by nuclear ambitions, what precisely do you mean, energy from fission, or fusion, or bombs on rockets so that they can defend themselves against murder, rape, and pillage? as you had wanted to do to the chinese not so long ago with nuclear termination, in cogent and explicit terms yet, in broad daylight of si - remember? should the chinese also be disarmed of nukes? why am i asking you?

as to perceptions, why would one care about perceptions if the truth says otherwise, unless the perceptions of systemic corruption, cultural rot, and mindless religion are close or spot on the truth?
